the organisation and running of the daily administrative operations of
the charity. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional
able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work
diligently under pressure.
? THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
* A can do attitude
* Excellent organisational & communication skills
* A good working understanding of MS Word & Excel
* Able to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative when
required
* Ability to successfully meet deadlines and achieve agreed targets
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but full
training will be provided
* Thorough understanding of office management procedures
* Working knowledge of office equipment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of
information
* Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
* Stock management & ordering of office requirements including
stationery
Coordinate with other services to ensure compliance with established
policies
* Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and
colleagues
* Raising invoices, credit notes and allowances while liaising with
the accounts team when required
* General document management including making copies and filing
